- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

- For orders below Rs. 999, a delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.

- Customers will receive a tracking number via SMS by courier company once the order is shipped.
- If you haven't received your order, please get in touch with us within 10 days of placing your order so we can address the issue. After 10 days, we won't be able to accept any claims or inquiries regarding non-delivery of the parcel.
- GiftForYou.pk will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
- GiftForYou.pk will not be responsible for any additional import or customs duties or taxes for international orders.
- During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
- GiftForYou.pk takes great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us same day of receiving the parcel so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
- Please record a video while opening the parcel to claim a replacement for a broken product. However, if you find the product damaged and then repackage it for the video, the claim won't be accepted.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.
- In case of any issue with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
